Requirements:
  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with valid certification and a member in good standing with the appropriate professional association.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
  • Attention to detail in clinical charting and treatment planning.
  • Ability to manage appointments and take payments directly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
Bonus Opportunities:
  • Client Retention Bonus: Earn quarterly bonuses based on client retention and feedback. We reward therapists who build strong, loyal relationships with clients.

How Bonuses Work:
  • Client Retention Bonus: Quarterly bonuses based on the percentage of returning clients and their satisfaction.
  • Performance Bonus: If you exceed a certain number of clients per month or meet other key performance indicators (KPIs), you’ll receive a bonus payment.
  • Referral Bonus: If you refer a qualified candidate who is hired and stays with the company for a certain period, you’ll receive a cash referral bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapeutic Treatments: Deliver a range of massage techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs and conditions.
  • Conduct Client Assessments: Assess clients' health history, and physical condition, and create personalized treatment plans to address specific concerns.
  • Maintain Accurate Clinical Records: Document detailed client charting for every treatment, ensuring up-to-date records for ongoing care and follow-up.
  • Rebook Clients: Proactively rebook clients for their next session to maintain client retention and promote continuity of care.
  • Provide Home Care Recommendations: Offer clients self-care exercises, stretching techniques, or lifestyle advice to complement their treatments.
  • Manage Appointments: Coordinate and manage your own schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Handle Payments: Process client payments at the time of service.
  • Uphold Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other healthcare practitioners to support holistic care and provide the best outcomes for clients.
  • Stay Up to Date: Participate in continuing education to keep your skills current and improve your therapeutic practices.
